Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead electrical design for complex automation equipment meeting IEC61010, NFPA70/79, UL508A.
- Design power and signal distribution in control panels, cables, PCBs.
- Document electrical designs in schematic, interconnect, and layout drawings in a PLM framework.
- Assist with the development of functional requirements and specifications.
- Design and implement test benches for prototyping and characterization.
- Collaborate with controls, mechanical, systems, and software engineers.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years, or MS with 5+ years.
- Experience on projects with electrical and mechanical components; sensors/actuators.
- AC/DC power distribution, protection, sizing, and design for manufacturing.
- Experience integrating PLC platforms (Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Proficiency with Electrical CAD tools: EPLAN, Zuken, AutoCAD Electrical, OrCAD, Altium.
- Hands-on digital and analog circuit design, troubleshooting, testing.
