🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering with backend focus.
• Scalable backend systems; Elixir/Phoenix/PostgreSQL.
• Go/Erlang/Clojure backgrounds also considered; quick learner.
• Daily use of AI tools to boost productivity (Claude Code).
• Robust backend projects with reliability, performance, and debugging.
• Strong user orientation; optimize user flows.
• Willing to contribute on frontend (Phoenix + React).
• 2+ years remote, async team experience; English fluency.
