Senior PHP Developer (Full- Time) at ProMedia Group

You keep our development workflow running smoothly: guiding stand-ups, driving sprints, aligning priorities, and ensuring the team delivers with quality and clarity.

You work side-by-side with our Lead Developer. Together, you will form the backbone of our technical operation, balancing innovation with execution, long-term architecture with day-to-day product development.

What You Will Work On

• Lead daily workflow: stand-ups, sprints, retros
• Build and maintain PHP & WordPress-based platforms
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Implement new features, integrations, and automations
• Collaborate with design, product, and editorial teams
• Support DevOps workflows and AWS infrastructure
• Mentor team members and improve development standards

What You Bring

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong PHP, WordPress, Git/GitHub knowledge
• Experience with AWS, containers & cloud architectures
• Familiarity with Logto, authentication flows, and identity management (nice to have)
• Strong communicator who enjoys coordinating and aligning, communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Structured mindset: planning, clarity, and process focus
• Proactive, improvement-driven, collaborative
