- Build and execute acquisition strategies for crypto-native traders.
- Drive trading volume and fee revenue.
- Fix activation blockers with product and engineering; drive signups to trading.
- Design incentive and referral mechanics that convert.
- Run end-to-end affiliate program: recruit creators, activate, prune.
- Scale content and creator partnerships to drive top-of-funnel growth.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in growth, GTM, or affiliate management with revenue outcomes.
- 2+ years managing affiliates or KOLs in crypto.
- Built and led a team; set direction, hire well, and hold accountable.
- Crypto-native; understands trader behavior and channels.
- Experience with GTM strategy, market positioning, and campaign optimization.
