📋 Description
- Serve as primary RevOps contact for Client Success; own post-sale agenda.
- Design end-to-end post-sale processes: onboarding, renewals, expansions.
- Develop CS operating cadence: renewal forecasts, pipeline reviews, check-ins.
- Identify process gaps via data analysis; build improvement plans with owners.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops for a connected lifecycle.
- Drive operational excellence in post-sale to enable retention and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in Revenue Ops or CS Ops.
- Deep fluency in post-sale motion: onboarding, renewal, churn, expansion.
- Matrixed operations model; collaborate across systems, reporting, enablement.
- Strong Salesforce/SFDC; post-sale workflows; CRM data quality; SFDC Admin a plus.
- Proven CS or commercial analytics track record; Excel proficient.
- Experience with CS platforms: Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango; evaluate/implement.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
