  • Connect with customers and deliver world-class support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve information system issues using internal knowledge base.
  • Escalate issues per established protocols.
  • Apply knowledge of information systems to assist customers.
  • Perform duties delegated by the Team Lead.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service or technical support.
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and PC hardware/software.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Strong work ethic; meet quality, productivity, and attendance metrics.
  • High level of professionalism with focus on customer satisfaction.
