📋 Description

• Onboard and train physicians on telehealth platforms, AV, and EMR
• Liaise between clinical teams, IT, and operations for access and functionality
• Support scheduling and forecasting to meet service demand
• Monitor provider utilization and contribute to workforce planning
• Develop and present productivity and performance reports to executives
• Perform data modeling and advanced analytics for decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or clinical systems
• Proficient with analytics/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Data modeling and quantitative analysis with stakeholder presentation
• Experience developing demand/supply forecasting models
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
