- Identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists using available tools and research methods
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation quotas
- Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

- 1โ3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR role
- Demonstrated experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Ability to articulate past performance metrics (e.g., meetings, pipeline, conversions)
- Strong research skills and lead list building ability
- Excellent communication and a resilient, self-starter mindset
