🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5+ years leading agile software development projects.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps Boards or Jira.
• Experience with hybrid or traditional delivery environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
