📋 Description

• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with leadership, users, data teams, and IT.
• Develop and manage user stories, process maps, wireframes, and traceability.
• Define baseline performance measures and KPIs for time savings, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
• Support product analytics and utilization reporting; translate insights into backlog priorities.
• Develop training materials, FAQs, and communications artifacts for rollout and adoption.
• Coordinate UAT planning and scripts; ensure stakeholder validation for release.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.
• CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile (CSM/PSM), Human-Centered Design training preferred.
• 10+ years in business analysis or IT delivery; 1–2+ years supporting AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with AI-enabled or analytics platforms.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance eligibility.
