- Translate technical requirements into practical solutions for customers.
- Guide data teams through architecture discussions and onboarding.
- Lead proofs of concept and ongoing technical partnerships.
- Not a pure support or pre-sales role; solve real tech problems.
- Help customers evaluate, adopt, and expand Deepnote.
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, CS, and leadership to drive adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- Comfortable working directly with technical customers.
- Fluent in SQL and Python basics.
- Familiar with data workflows, notebooks, and developer tools.
- Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure concepts, security, deployment.
- Experience with single-tenant and multi-tenant setups; integrations.
- Bonus: Python/SQL hands-on; SaaS customer onboarding.
