Business Testing Manager (QA) at Enterra Solutions

📋 Description

• Own and enforce functional testing standards across products and releases.
• Define test strategy, scope, entry/exit criteria, and release gates.
• Plan, execute, and manage functional testing for releases and env readiness.
• Develop and maintain test artifacts (plans, cases, scripts) with CPg coverage.
• Lead test automation initiatives and integrate with CI/CD to reduce regression risk.
• Drive defect triage and resolution with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in software product QA, including test planning and release readiness.
• Strong QA methodologies, tools, and lifecycle knowledge (Agile/Scrum).
• Hands-on UI/API test automation using Playwright or Selenium.
• Define and report quality metrics; communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Proficient with Jira and test case management tools; MS Office.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or related field (or equivalent).
