📋 Description
- Manage IT support requests in person, by email, chat, and phone.
- Provide live telephone support, log requests, and escalate as needed.
- Use BeyondTrust for remote configuration and troubleshooting.
- Create/update ServiceNow tickets for Enterprise Service Desk.
- Communicate outages per SOP and keep users updated until restoration.
- Follow up on resolved incidents to confirm closure and satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- Certification: Microsoft Cert, HDI, or CompTIA A+
- 1+ year IT Service Desk experience
- 2+ years customer support experience (IT-related preferred)
- ITSM and ServiceNow proficiency or other help desk programs
- Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and Intune Admin Center
- US Citizenship or Green Card holder for 3 years and tax compliant
