- Partner with product and talent teams to surface authentic moments.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years creating and producing content for social media; strong understanding of formats, trends, and audience behavior.
- Strong short-form video editing skills with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and native tools.
- Experience with livestream formats, creators, or social-first products; knowledge of content performance in fast-moving environments.
- Thrives in reactive, fast-paced settings and adapts quickly to emerging trends and priorities.
- Experience in dating, social connection, or creator economy apps; understands audience resonance.
