📋 Description

• Architect Ethernovia's delivery engine linking network chips to automotive silicon.
• Lead hands-on product and test development for wafer sort and final test.
• Own end-to-end semiconductor qualification, including HTOL, ESD, latch-up, and HAST.
• Drive Automotive Qualification (AEC-Q100) and ISO 26262 compliance for products.
• Direct lifecycle for high-speed Ethernet PHYs ensuring signal integrity at scale.
• Manage foundry/OSAT relationships: capacity, scheduling, nodes.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in fabless semiconductor operations.
• Hands-on qualification with reliability data analysis and failure troubleshooting.
• Product/Test engineering in ATE strategy, test time reduction, and binning.
• Automotive tech & quality: IATF 16949, ISO 26262, PPAP.
• Series B to scale: build ops in venture-backed startups.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
