• Develop and execute store retail strategies
• Lead and develop Sales, Operations, and Visual teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Coach and develop store teams and talent
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Flexible for open availability, weekends and peak periods
