• Monitor and respond to German-speaking member inquiries in inboxes.
• Support donor appreciation in German; email donors.
• Translate materials into German.

• Analyze results and optimize efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with member/customer services work.
• Familiar with CRMs.
• Excellent written and oral German and English.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms with support.
• Strong translation skills from English to German.
