📋 Description
- Build and lead Alohi's outbound and mid-market sales motion from scratch.
- Define ICPs, territories, and messaging to convert inbound traction into deals.
- Run mid-size sales cycles end-to-end, prospecting to close.
- Convert product-led inbound into qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Build, coach, and manage a small sales team (up to 6) and enablement materials.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a sales manager, outbound and mid-market SaaS, managing teams up to 6.
- Experience building sales motions from scratch in challenger or early-stage environments.
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota and developing repeatable pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with CRM implementation, sales tooling, and process documentation.
- Strong coaching abilities developing junior sales talent.
- Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
