Provider Account Manager at Carrum Health

📋 Description

• Oversee onboarding of new providers to Carrum.
• Work 1:1 with provider teams to solve daily issues.
• Collaborate with care, finance, and success teams on ops.
• Develop workflows for provider implementation and operations.
• Lead joint operations committee meetings with providers.
• Support service line expansions with the provider sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in provider-facing roles (hospitals/health systems).
• Familiarity with DRG, CPT codes, and elective surgeries.
• Knowledge of self-funded employer health plans and bundled payments.
• Excellent professionalism and ability to communicate with all provider levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
