FP&A Systems Analyst at Upside

📋 Description

• Platform Ownership: Admin/architect for our web FP&A tool; design multi-dimensional models.
• The Data Bridge: Design/maintain automated ETL between ERP, Salesforce, FP&A platform.
• Predictive Modeling: Partner with Data Eng to integrate ML revenue forecasts into plans.
• Process Engineering: Build self-service dashboards and automated variance reporting for dept heads.
• Be an Owner: Identify data integrity issues; optimize COA mapping for granular unit economics reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years FP&A/Strategic Finance in SaaS; 1+ year on a web FP&A platform.
• Advanced SQL; comfortable querying large datasets.
• Cloud ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and integration with reporting tools.
• Strategic thinker; explain data joins to CFO and unit economics to engineers.
• Upside values: bias for action; decisions must be measurable.
