• Lead evolution of design system architecture, tokens, and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product design, with design system leadership.
• Deep Figma expertise: variables, auto-layout, components.
• Strong tokens knowledge: naming and theming.
• Experience across product teams building usable systems.
• Comfortable working solo with high ownership.
• Familiarity with AI tools in design workflow.
