• Own Melbourne and Sydney office experiences and culture
• Lead onboarding for APAC hires with Talent and IT
• Deliver events and rituals to keep culture engaging
• Manage workplace operations, vendors, and facilities
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in workplace operations, events, or employee experience
• Strong appetite for technology and AI; comfortable using AI tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Enjoy creating welcoming, people-first environments
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments is a bonus
