- Own Melbourne and Sydney office experiences and culture
- Lead onboarding for APAC hires with Talent and IT
- Deliver events and rituals to keep culture engaging
- Manage workplace operations, vendors, and facilities
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in workplace operations, events, or employee experience
- Strong appetite for technology and AI; comfortable using AI tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Enjoy creating welcoming, people-first environments
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments is a bonus
