- Build relationships with decision-makers to uncover needs and plan accounts
- Be the trusted contact through onboarding, reviews, and renewals
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product to grow accounts
- Proactively identify risks and ensure MarqVision features are leveraged
- Develop relationships at all levels within the customer organization
- Define timelines, milestones, and success criteria; track delivery
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success/Account Management in Japan
- Proven renewals and expansions ownership
- Experience leading junior team members
- Excellent customer-facing skills: training, coaching, conflict resolution
- Fluent in English and native Japanese
- Self-starter with drive to exceed expectations
