📋 Description
- Manage Time & Attendance for Remote's external employees and clients with accuracy.
- Be expert on Time & Attendance; advise on employment law changes.
- Case manage all leave and hours across employee lifecycle; ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with payroll, legal, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
- Develop and update global Time & Attendance docs; address inquiries.
- Identify process improvements and automation to enhance experience.
🎯 Requirements
- Expert in Time & Attendance; advise on employment law changes across jurisdictions.
- Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
- Innovative with automation, improving processes and best practices.
- Efficient operations; strong documentation and data integrity.
- Tech-savvy; works asynchronously with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, G-suite.
