📋 Description

• Manage employment and termination across locations, ensuring local labour law compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate visas, work permits, and residence docs; support legalization.
• Provide guidance on international taxation, social security, and C2C calculations.
• Ensure ongoing compliance of international entities with local labour and immigration laws.
• Partner with HR, Accounting, Legal to resolve Global Mobility issues.
• Track case statuses, prepare reports, analyze trends, and identify process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Global Mobility/Law/Visa/Travel fields
• Knowledge of immigration policies, work permits, visas, and residence permits
• Understanding of IT services principles and specifics
• Knowledge of compensation concepts: allowances, deductions, tax equalization, split payroll
• Excellent communication skills; cross-cultural collaboration
• Degree in Law/Intl Economics/Intl Affairs; proficient with Jira/Office/SharePoint/Drive/Skype
