Requirements
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for clinical, operational, and administrative positions
- Build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Develop targeted Lead Care Manager recruitment strategies
- Design interview frameworks rooted in values alignment and trauma-informed hiring practices
