Lead AWS Connect Engineer

Based in Las Vegas or Remote. Within the Caesars Digital Team Member Products team, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do.

To help us build functional systems that improve the customer experience, we’re looking for a Lead AWS Connect Engineer who can: 1) be responsible for maintaining current infrastructure 2) create new AWS infrastructure & stability 3) Partner and coach development teams and vendors to help set standards to ensure all teams can engineer scalable, reliable, and resilient applications 4) Act as an AWS Connect and Bedrock Technical SME .
