- Develop and execute a company-wide sales strategy.
- Lead and scale the sales organization, pipeline, and revenue.
- Implement MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and CRM discipline.
- Build ICPs and outbound pipelines for verticals and regulated industries.
- Lead strategic enterprise deals and coach field reps.
- Align with Marketing, CS, and Product to optimize pipeline and renewals.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years B2B SaaS sales; 3+ years in leadership.
- Experience selling cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS; engage CISOs/CIOs.
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding revenue targets in complex cycles.
- Strong communication and executive presence; represent Hypori to execs.
- Willing to travel 25-35% for engagements.
