📋 Description
- Manage complex calendars for three product leaders across time zones
- Coordinate design sprints, user research sessions, and team events
- Schedule cross-functional meetings across Product, Eng, Design, Sales, Marketing
- Coordinate travel for product leadership (flights, hotels, transport)
- Liaise between product leadership and other departments (sales, marketing, finance, ops)
- Handle ad-hoc projects and admin tasks to support product development
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in administrative/ops coordinator or similar role
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience coordinating meetings, offsites, or team events
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proactive and anticipates needs; discreet with sensitive information
