• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve process efficiency

• Maintain a safe, organized lab, following safety and quality protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant science or engineering discipline
• Proven experience contributing to and completing projects in academic/industrial settings
• Experience developing/refining components for electrical or mechanical systems
• Adept at using Python or C# for data analysis
• Driven, creative, and willing to go above and beyond to solve problems
• Excellent communication, able to articulate complex data clearly
