• Define strategic vision for data center design engineering.
• Establish BoD and engineering frameworks for scalable growth.
• Build and lead a multi-disciplinary design engineering org.
• Drive modular design and DfMA across programs.
• Oversee cross-functional integration of electrical, cooling, controls, network.
• Ensure construction-ready designs aligned with timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Travel up to 50%.
• Based within one hour of a major US airport.
• Bachelor’s in engineering/architecture; Master’s preferred.
• 12–15+ years in data center design with leadership.
• Experience in AI/HPC or hyperscale data centers.
• Deep expertise in MEP and integrated infrastructure design.
