Analyst/Senior Analyst, Execution Services at Hiive

📋 Description

• Run transactions from handshake to closing with investors, sellers, and counsel.
• Manage Hiive’s transaction services initiatives and processes to deliver client service.
• Maintain communication templates to support transaction services, customers, processes, and products.
• Support fund investments including investor relations, audit, tax, and accounting.
• Compile documents and signature packages and obtain signatures as part of closings.
• Liaise with parties to provide updates and troubleshoot issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in fast-paced corporate setting (finance/tech/legal/investment).
• Undergraduate degree in commerce/business/law/accounting/economics.
• Client-facing experience.
• Attention to detail, resourcefulness, speed of execution.
• Strong multi-tasking skills; able to manage priorities.
• Experience with high-volume transactional work (M&A, capital markets) or PE/VC investments.
