📋 Description
- Develop and execute the company marketing strategy focused on demand gen.
- Lead a marketing team of 4+ direct reports; manage resources and budget.
- Drive demand generation, lead generation, and campaign performance.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to enable revenue initiatives.
- Build Marketing Ops, analytics, and reporting for ROI improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and channels.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing and sales experience.
- Proven leadership of software/tech marketing with 4+ direct reports.
- Data-driven with strong analytics, segmentation, and ROI focus.
- Expert in AI-driven marketing, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation.
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fully remote across the US; occasional travel.
- Bachelor's degree required.
