- Activate non-transacting live merchants onboarded with Tamara.
- Re-engage churned merchants to win back transactions.
- Grow existing merchants via marketing, upsell, cross-sell.
- Improve retention of active merchants.
- Analyze growth opportunities, identify blockers, drive interventions.
- Role based in Cairo offices.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1–2 years in account mgmt, sales, merchant ops, or growth (fintech/SaaS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of merchants with structured follow-up.
- Arabic and English speaker is a must.
