- Lead onboarding and implementation, manage timelines and deliverables.
- Define success criteria and tailor recommendations to drive adoption and ROI.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Sales, AM, and CS for account strategy and upsell opportunities.
- Deliver client training on product features and workflows.
- Provide tailored solutions and resolve inquiries effectively.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS/tech implementation/onboarding, preferably HR/benefits.
- Master enterprise SaaS: gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot.
- Strong client-facing skills; build relationships and deliver under timelines.
- Technical fluency: HTTPS, APIs, FTP, CSV, and 2FA.
- Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint/Word or Google Workspace; excellent communication.
