• Perform property maintenance: preventive, corrective, and emergency tasks.
• Handle appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and pool work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Assist daily pool/spa maintenance, laundry, recreation, and common areas.
• Maintain high standards of resident service and relations.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3 to 5 days of vacancy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of property maintenance in a management setting; electrical/plumbing preferred.
• A positive attitude.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
