🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years full-cycle recruiting (in-house preferred).
• Experience in tech, gaming, entertainment or consumer electronics desirable.
• Candidate negotiation and process management for offers.
• High-volume requisitions with quality.
• Organized, proactive; adaptable in ambiguity.
• Proficient in ATS (Greenhouse).
• Strong advocate for candidate experience.
