- Partner with stakeholders on resource allocation and strategy.
- Translate Paddle metrics (GMV, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn) into insights.
- Support business cases for pricing, expansion, or launches.
- Collaborate with FP&A leadership to support board reporting.
- Build planning models linking targets with execution.
- Create dashboards and concise finance insights for decision making.
🎯 Requirements
- Commercially astute; link data to business outcomes.
- Exceptional partner; translate finance concepts for non-finance teams.
- Strong FP&A fundamentals; SaaS, payments, or transaction models.
- Thrives in complexity/ambiguity; scale-ups; Pigment experience.
- Mentor others and build FP&A capability.
- Detail-oriented with executive presence for C-level.
