• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues; escalate gaps with Store Manager.
• Support key operations: shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

• 1+ year of client-centric, sales and operations experience.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 pounds.
