Software Engineer I at ConnectWise

Provides support to the Engineering team, with high attention to detail
Designs, builds, and maintains large-scale production services, web apps, and streaming systems
Works on systems critical to the organization's current and future operations
Debugs production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
Assists with improvement of organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processes
Working conditions: Hybrid or On-site depending on location

Ability to work independently on projects with close supervision
Broad theoretical knowledge of applicable work area
Ability to adapt to new technology/processes as per business requirement
Knowledge of programming languages and software basics; familiarity with version control and test frameworks
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1+ years of related experience
Strong verbal and written communication; able to work with colleagues and external contacts
