- Collaborate with leadership and CFO on accounting, tax, and compliance.
- Lead global financial operations and the record-to-report process.
- Integrate new businesses, product lines, and international offices.
- Ensure effective and compliant financial close processes.
- Oversee global tax processes, including indirect taxes.
- Improve financial controls and reporting systems.
🎯 Requirements
- Big 4 background or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on leader who drives projects to completion.
- Experience with multi-entity audits in software/retail/manufacturing.
- Experience with IFRS or US GAAP.
- Professional qualification (CA(SA), ACA, ICAEW or similar).
- Ambitious, curious, and able to build trusted cross-functional partnerships.
