Advanced AV Installation Technician at NewEraTech

📋 Description

• Install, configure, and commission AV systems in commercial environments.
• Lead onsite installation crews and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on projects.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and signal flows.
• Perform cabling and fabrication of CAT6/CAT6A and fiber optic runs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional AV installation experience.
• Experience leading installation crews or as lead technician.
• Strong knowledge of audio, video, and control systems and AV signal flow.
• Proficiency with rack fabrication and structured cabling.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate MEWPs / aerial lifts.
• CTS or CTS-I certification.
