• Lead and manage a team of firmware and/or systems engineers on Wi-Fi access points
• Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and design review
• Mentor engineers and build a strong ownership culture
• Own execution plans, schedules, and deliverables for product releases
• Drive on-time delivery across parallel development tracks; identify risks
• Partner with Product Management to translate requirements into technical execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, CS, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in networking or embedded systems development
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Strong experience with Wi-Fi / wireless networking technologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional development efforts
