Job Description
Fluent in both English and Spanish — native or near-native level in both; English must carry a neutral or American accent (a Texas-friendly tone is a plus)
Prior experience in legal intake, customer service, or a call center environment strongly preferred
Excellent verbal communication — you must be able to build rapport quickly and handle emotional or urgent callers with calm professionalism
Reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy — you will be handling confidential information daily
Comfortable with technology: Nextiva (VOIP), Slack, Zoom, and case management software (training provided)
Self-motivated and able to work independently during evening and weekend hours
