- Design and manage digital engagement initiatives for onboarding, adoption, and retention.
- Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify trends and gaps.
- Configure and maintain digital experience elements across platforms.
- Partner with product, customer success, marketing, and operations to align initiatives.
- Plan, scope, timelines, dependencies; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
- Evaluate effectiveness via reporting and experiments to derive insights.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in related role.
- Ability to design/manage digital engagement initiatives in SaaS/tech.
- Proficiency interpreting user behavior data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with digital engagement or CX platforms and configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective coordination of multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
- Education: University degree preferred.
