🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering, with at least 2 years in people management.
• Strong infra/ops background: AWS, GCP, or Aliyun; Kubernetes; Terraform; CI/CD; IaC.
• Hands-on SRE: incident management, observability, monitoring, runbooks.
• Backend: Python, Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
• Databases (relational/NoSQL) and DBA operations.
