🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Senior CSM or related roles with cross-sell focus
- Experience in fast-growing firms (Series A/B/C) with expansion quotas
- Proven ability to build pipeline and close deals within existing accounts
- Growth across markets and enterprise accounts with multi-threaded outreach
- Industry knowledge: digital experience, e-commerce, CMS; work with dev teams
- Bonus: French fluency; HubSpot CRM familiarity; CMS tools
