🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Senior CSM or related roles with cross-sell focus
  • Experience in fast-growing firms (Series A/B/C) with expansion quotas
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close deals within existing accounts
  • Growth across markets and enterprise accounts with multi-threaded outreach
  • Industry knowledge: digital experience, e-commerce, CMS; work with dev teams
  • Bonus: French fluency; HubSpot CRM familiarity; CMS tools
