Senior Vice President of FP&A at Nomi Health

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise FP&A, forecasting, and performance across Nomi Health
• Advise CEO, CFO and exec team on financial strategy and capital allocation
• Build scalable planning models, dashboards, and scenario planning
• Oversee annual budget, multi-year planning, and reforecasting
• Partner with accounting on monthly close and reporting
• Develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in FP&A, strategic or corporate finance
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven success in FP&A in high-growth, multi-line or services
• Strong understanding of SaaS, healthcare, or payments models
• Executive presence with strong communication across the org
• Experience supporting boards, investors, and exec teams; investment banking a plus
