📋 Description

• Site visits to client sites to research, implement, and train on solutions.
• Integrate with assigned clients to meet IT operational needs.
• Collaborate with teammates on challenging tech problems.
• Work with life sciences and capital management clients.
• Remainder of time spent with team on internal projects and learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Willing to commute within Boston
• 5+ years IT support experience
• MacOS and Windows desktop experience
• AD/Azure AD and Microsoft 365 admin experience
• MDM (Addigy/Intune) and MFA/SSO (Okta/DUO)
• Public cloud experience (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure) and scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
