📋 Description

• Lead project plans, timelines, and milestones for on-time delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional comms and deliverables via weekly meetings
• Actively track progress, identify risks, and mitigate delays
• Present pipeline updates to executives, solicit feedback
• Support Stage Gate processes for new product development
• Define stage-gate criteria and drive cross-functional approvals

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of experience in PM, business, or operations for CPG
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
• Strong PM skills; manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven long-term decisions
• Passionate about environment, sustainability and Blueland’s mission
